Banstead Rotary has raised £1025 to combat polio! This will be fund matched & be worth x3!

Thanks for all your lovely comments and the crocuses outside The Library and The Orchard are to mark the Rotary International fundraising & immunisation campaign to end polio. The planting in 2017 was done by Banstead Rotary with our friends from The Beacon School & RHS Bloom Banstead!

In 1985 350,000 children were paralysed per year in more than 100 countries! In 2017 we had the lowest level of polio cases in 3 endemic countries!
