Banstead Village in Bloom
BVIB are making good progress in the preparations for the Judging of Banstead Village in Blooms entry on 5th July . Rotary support is very much appreciated by the Village in Bloom Team.
The library beds and planters are looking beautiful. Additional wheelbarrows are at both ends of the High Street have been sited and filled with flowers.
The large wheelbarrow on the library roundabout was planted up last week, the roundabout weeded and supplementary planted with flowers and the new summer bicycles placed there.
The Sutton Lane roundabout now has summer bikes all colourfully decorated by local schools.
All Saints' flower beds are maturing and the area by the church car park has recently been worked on.
Chiltern's Close has some pretty planters to enhance a neglected corner
and finally the Memorial roundabout is looking glorious with both large flower beds completed.
