Zoom meeting with our Twin Club Louviers-Le- Neubourg

A very interesting Zoom meeting with our Twin Club Louviers-Le- Neubourg (Normandy, France), and we learned about their coping with Rotary under the French lockdown. Early pioneers of Zoom they were able to maintain their selfless actions to help their community. As the restrictions lift in France they can now meet in groups of ten with social distancing.
