Rotary the Guildford Wey!


On Tuesday 30 August Banstead Rotary and the Rotary Club of Sutton Nonsuch joined together for a delicious dinner of chicken & asparagus followed by lemon cheesecake held at Cuddington Golf Club. Our guest speaker was Philip Rambech.


On the 1st of November 2022 The Rotary Club of Guildford and the Rotary Club of Guildford District joined forces to form The Rotary Club of Guildford Wey which operates as Rotary in Guildford. At a ceremony in the Guildhall, Guildford, the new Club President, Philip Rambech was presented with its Charter by District Governor Roger Stent.


Philip shared the Guild Wey Rotary approach. The key to their success has been a project focus. The network has local volunteers and businesses to lend support. This in turn has also enabled them to attract new members!


President Jane Illingworth lead the meeting and discussion and thanked Philip for his help and support.
