Rotary President’s Handover

Rotarians, their families and guests met at the Cuddington Golf Club on Tuesday July 2nd 2019 as the Rotary Club observed their Presidential Handover Ceremony.

The event marked the handing over of the reigns of Club leadership and the Chain of Office to the new President and his executive team. In addition to this three new members Thiery, Regina and Steve joined the Club bringing the total of new members to nine.

Outgoing Rotary Club of Banstead president David Martin wished new coming president John Draper all the best in his new role in the presidential handover, pictured.

David Martin said: “It’s been a wonderful year. The club has been extremely supportive and works very hard for the community. I’m proud to have been president of such an active club and would like to thank Rotary members and the community for their support in fundraising. I wish John a rewarding year .”

New president and long standing Rotarian John Draper, said: “I’m honoured to be president and looking forward to being involved in some great community projects.”
